Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MOPPA mobile application operated by Anamisme Media ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
MOPPA is a digital learning module application designed for students of PKBM Al-Hikmah. The App provides access to educational materials across Paket A (elementary equivalent), Paket B (junior high equivalent), and Paket C (senior high equivalent).
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third parties) remain the property of Anamisme Media. The learning materials provided through the App are sourced from publicly available educational resources and are intended solely for educational purposes.
The educational materials available in the App are provided for learning purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content. The materials should not be considered as a substitute for official educational curricula.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
In no event shall Anamisme Media, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App or inability to access the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
